Character Sheet 2.0

Here is the revised character sheet, including the feedback that players had given. I ended up having to cut the character image (I was loathe to do that...) but I needed more room for the stuff you really need. I feel as though the character sheet is still evocative enough without a character sketch. I'd like to have included that, but there's only so much room on a half sheet of paper...

  1. In my experience, character sketch boxes are great for writing down the other PC's names, and keeping track of skill modifiers, I wouldn't worry too much abut keeping it in, as the sheet looks great anyway.

  3. Thanks for the suggestions! I'm much happier with it now. It's at the printers as we speak. I cleaned up a few more lines, and I ultimately changed 'purpose' to 'quote'.

I decided that 'purpose' simply didn't fit as well for this game as it did for a fantasy setting. Your paladin, thief, mage and barbarian all have distinctly different purposes; if your ant's first purpose isn't to serve his hill and his queen, then something is wrong! Looking back through my notes, I'd used 'quotes' in the comics to define the characters, and there is something distinctly GIJoe circa 1983 about that, so that's what I went with.
